Rochelle is a Realtor of 15 years who dove in to short term rentals in 2025. Creating inviting spaces fills Rochelle's creative and entrepreneurial spirit. After designing the first space, she fell in love with hosting guests and hearing their stories of visiting the area.

Rochelle fell in love with Winterset four years ago after moving from the big city of Des Moines. The town holds a special place in her heart for many reasons and wanted to be able to share that love with others.

She had her eye on "The Little Brick House" for several years, but it wasn't for sale. When it came on the market in 2025, she scooped it up. After having success with it as a short term rental, she decided to turn the apartment she owned in the Historic Madisonian building into the 2nd short term rental. The historic apartment took on a work/create, read/write or escape/relax theme.
